Acai Berries are very high in antioxidants, which cleanses your body. However they will not aid you in losing weight. This is apart of a large scam of people who profit off of ignorant Americans that have never heard of the Acai berry. It loses its nutritional content very soon after being harvested, and nearly all of it if turned into a powder or pill form.
If you want to benefit from the berry nutritionally (it won’t make you lose weight), try looking for the fresh berry in your local gourmet market.
