You body needs all the nutrients from protein to fiber to fats to carbohydrates. As most of us do not know if there are some natural foods which can seven we best; we always rush behind the health and dietary supplements so now see how some foods can help us.

I found the top ten foods that are full of all essential health properties and nutrients we need to live a healthy life. I just found them on a website source and now just quoting them here.

Acai:
As a fruit Acai provides the highest number of calories to us; a four-ounce serving of pure Acai provides 100 calories and six grams of fat. Eggs also contain choline, which is important for brain function.

Flax:
Flax is an excellent source of soluble and insoluble fiber; it is beneficial for regulating cholesterol, blood glucose, and digestion. Its seeds are rich source of omega-3 fats.

Honey:
Honey contains flavonoids and phenolic acids, and the darker the honey, the higher the level of antioxidants. It also contains trace enzymes, minerals, vitamins, and amino acids including niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

Kale:
Kale is so dense in nutrients it may just be one of the healthiest foods you can eat. It is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. Kale is also a good source of calcium, iron, and folate. It contains a variety of phytochemicals including eyesight-promoting, cancer-fighting lutein.

Pomegranate:
The polyphenol content in pomegranate juice is three times that found in green tea and red wine. They are rich in vitamin C and many different types of antioxidants.

Spinach:
You name a mineral or vitamin and spinach seems to have it. It can help cognitive function and fight cancer. It is an excellent source of fiber and vitamin K and high in vitamin A. it is also a rich source of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and manganese.

Walnuts:
Walnuts contain a type of vitamin E that might help in fighting breast, colon and prostate cancer. They also have the highest level of omega-3 fats of any other nut. They also do have the have the highest level of omega-3 fats, B vitamins, especially thiamine, B6, folic acid, and minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, and copper.
