I have been trying to lose my baby weight, but I don’t really have the time to exercise (I know that makes it harder on me), but I have been seeing a lot of advertisement for the Acai pills… But I haven’t spoken to anyone who has used them. Have you used them? What were your results?

“Telling you truth Acai berry is a good fruit that gives you a very amount of antioxidants and other nutrients but there is no scientific prove that Acai pills or any other cleansing product can really make you to lose some of your extra pounds. Acai is tough to be effective for weight loss because makes your digestive system work well and do not let your body to store the fats in it. Acai also helps you to burn the fats and calories more quickly which can also make to avoid over weighting. There are no signs that you can use Acai pills as a whole weight loss diet plan alone. What you need to do it review your current diet plan and remove or reduce some of the foods which mostly cause you to gain weight; these foods can be soft drinks, sods, junk food and sugar. Meanwhile you can have some exercise as well; you can manager some exercise within your home. During your weight loss plan what Acai does for you is that it provides you sufficient energy and some other nutrients so you don’t feel weaker.”

To lose weight eat healthy and exercise. These pills might help a little, but if you don’t exercise then you’re screwed.

A lot of these pills claim that they’ll help you loose all the weight, but really they don’t do a thing. Proper diet and exercise is what you need.

i just had a baby in august and i tried the trial period and then paid for 2 months no results at all! I spent over 200 dollars a month for it! I was soo mad that it didn’t work! I might have lost like 5 or 6 pounds but I believe it was from my legs shrinking from them being swelled up for all them months. Like you I don’t have time to go out to a gym or jog but I’ve been running in place a few times each day when my son takes naps and I’ve lost 3 pounds this week, and of course taking in small meals a day. I’m gonna keep to it. What I think you should do is try the trial period but then again you really can’t tell in 2 weeks if it works because most bodies can’t get use to diet tablets in short periods of time. Hope this helps you, and good luck!

Regardless the hype, you have to understand Acai Berries are a natural food chocked full of very valuable nutrients. It does have certain chemical compounds which aid the body to flush out built up toxins which are stored in the fatty tissue of your body. To get to those toxins, the fat has to be reduced. No single item or activity will work for anyone, nor will they duplicate on every person.
This may help: Use Acai as suggested by the supplier. Avoid all white foods during your attempt to lose the baby fat. Avoid all vegetable based oils and spreads–always, forever. Olive oil is your best bet. The others as well as defined sugars are considered by your body as toxin.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest is warning consumers not to enroll online in supposedly free trials of diet products made with the Brazilian açai berry. There’s no evidence to suggest that açai pills will help shed pounds, flatten stomachs, cleanse colons, enhance sexual desire, or perform any of the other commonly advertised functions. And thousands of consumers have had trouble stopping recurrent charges on their credit cards when they cancel their free trials. [CSPI warns consumers about Web-based açai scams. Consumers Warned of Web-Based Açai Scams, 23/4/2009
“There are no magical berries from the Brazilian rainforest that cure obesity—only painfully real credit card charges and empty weight loss promises,” said Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal. “Aggressive Acai berry pitches on the Internet entice countless consumers into free trials promising weight loss, energy and detoxification. These claims are based on folklore, traditional remedies and outright fabrications—unproven by real scientific evidence. In reality, consumers lose more money than weight after free trials transition into inescapable charges. We will investigate these allegedly misleading or deceptive nutrition and health claims and take action under our consumer protection statutes—as we have done with other food products.”
“These diet ‘bloggers’ are just a mirage,” Schardt said. “Their weight loss is courtesy of Photoshop, not açai.” Other açai companies with F ratings from the BBB include Pure Acai Berry Pro (Advanced Wellness Research), AcaiBurn, Acai Berry Maxx (FX Supplements), and SFL Nutrition.
